Nathaniel Bapela



Nathaniel Bapela better known by his stage name Young Gotit is a South African rapper, songwriter, record producer and an entrepreneur from South Africa. Young Gotit was born in August 24,2003 in a village of Mehlareng in Limpopo Province, South Africa. He became known after the release of Dollar, Way up and No X3 between 2020 and 2021.




In 2009, age 6, Young Gotit and his family moved to Soshanguve, a place inside Gauteng province, South Africa to find better opportunities. Young Gotit started attending his first school classes in 2010 at Tipfuxeni Primary school at the age of 10. After completing primary school he then moved to Tiyelelani secondary school in 2017 to further his studies. He completed high school in 2021, where he got full-time to persue his music career.


Young Gotit started writing rap songs at the Age of 16 after being inspired by some of the musician in his country, he learnt that great things takes time and It could even possibly take unexpected years to be known in his country and internationally. He downloaded instrumental beats and used them to write songs and help boost his freestyle skills. Just in 2021 Young Gotit started his record label Palm Tree Records that enhances the talents of young South Africans. In the very same record label, Young Gotit raised to fame after realising Dollar that got 100k streams in just 2 days.
